Discovery & Consultation
We start with a conversation — understanding your vision, lifestyle, timeline, and budget. We'll tour your lot or existing home and begin to align on what's possible.
Design & Planning
Working with your architect (or one of our trusted partners), we refine the design, select materials, and develop a comprehensive scope and budget. You'll see detailed 3D renderings before we break ground.
Pre-Construction
We handle all permits, engineering reviews, and HOA approvals. Our team finalizes subcontractor schedules, material orders, and creates a detailed project timeline with milestone dates.
Construction
Building begins. You'll receive weekly photo updates and have 24/7 access to our project management portal. Our site superintendent conducts daily quality inspections.
Quality Assurance
Before you see it, we see it. Every system is tested, every finish point inspected, and every detail verified against your approved plans. We conduct a comprehensive 200+ point quality checklist.
Delivery & Warranty
We walk the home together, explain every system, and hand you the keys. Our relationship doesn't end here — you're backed by our 2-year craftsmanship warranty and 10-year structural warranty.
